Right now I'm experiencing some major financial difficulties; who can help a person with bad credit?

I'm about to change careers; in the mean time I have bills that need to be paid until I become permanent and receive a decent salary. The rent, car note & insurance need to be taken care of immediately. I'm 24 years old and just need some additional guidance.
