so much in debt...?

I'm getting married after the first of the year but first i need to do something about my medical bills...i owe 10,000+ to various medical facilities and i only make a little over 350.00 a month...i can't afford to file bankruptcy...does anyone know of a good debt consolidation website or some info that would help me?
