Student Loan?

Hi all. I know little about the fafsa Student loan, and i have a few Questions.

1. Is any one eligible for the loan, no matter your EFC score?

2. I don't need to pay nothong, unless i graduated?

3. Now the interest rate is 6.8%, right?
